Verification typically takes between 2 to 4 hours during business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held in pending status. We may request additional documentation at our discretion to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and fraud prevention protocols.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 – 17:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays and will be processed on the next business day. pgs4d does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If you have used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally to each method based on deposit amounts.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 5 minutes during business hours, provided your Account has been fully verified through KYC. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to verification requirements. pgs4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) or withdrawals from accounts flagged for suspicious activity.
You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once. Deposited funds that have not been used to place any bets cannot be withdrawn and must either be wagered or forfeited.
pgs4d operates in strict compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation, including bank statements, employment records, or tax documents, before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
pgs4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.

All bets placed on pgs4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or violation of betting limits. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account history, it is considered valid and cannot be canceled by the Player.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1, EPL). In the event of abandoned, postponed, or canceled matches, settlement rules vary by sport and market type and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section. Generally, if a match is not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
pgs4d's decisions on bet settlement are final. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of bet settlement by contacting customer support.
Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on sports events after they have started. Odds and markets are updated in real time based on match developments. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between bet placement and acceptance. Bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred will be rejected and stakes returned.
All casino games and slot titles on pgs4d are provided by licensed, third-party game studios whose software is certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. Random number generators (RNGs) used in all games are audited regularly to ensure fairness and statistical randomness. In the event of a game malfunction, including software errors, server disconnections, or incorrect payouts, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. pgs4d is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
